This is a cute " Who Say's I Can't Blow Bubbles" for my 3rd entry for the CDAC PC #8 . I thought the little fish was so cute, the image is from http://mcmahonfive.blogspot.com, This one could be used for an anytime card. Thanks to McMahon Five Designs for the adorable free digi, I love getting free digi's and making my cards, It is so much fun to do these challenges!!!
