1 - flower

3 - pieces of bling
I used a precious moments image from a coloring page.
It was colored with prisma colored pencils and blended with OMS, added some stickles to her wings and the stars. Added a flower from my stash, Used 2 pieces of card stock from The Blossoms & Butterflies stack from DCWV. Added 3 pearls for my 3 pieces of bling. Here is my card done hope everyone enjoys it!
