My Awesome Day!!!

I had an Awesome Day Today, I had 1 hour of PT which was a little rough, But the day got so much better.... I went by and picked up Dawn and we went to lunch and then decided we were going to go craft shopping... Well of course you know women when they get together and SHOP, Not only did we go to Micheal's, we also hit up JoAnn's, and AcMoore... And on the way home we decided to stop for Pizza for dinner.. Now we are crafting and watching American Idol our usual weekly thing, We scrap and the guys do their thing.. Which is so awesome they leave us alone while we scrap and we leave them alone LOL,

That is unless we need something$$$$$$

Scrap Cabinet

This is the awesome scrapping cabinet that my cousin built me,I have a section in the one door for my stickles and another section in the other door for my stamps and glimmer mist and flocking powders and plenty of room for my ribbon!!!! I am so tickled with it but i knew when i asked him if he could come up with some thing like and said yep and he meant yep,,  I can say the when my cousin gets a design in his head the pictures are a result from that idea.... He did such and awsome job on it and if anyone would like on notify Dawn and she can give you a price.....

I dont know about anyone else but i think it is pretty awesome and frees up a lot of shelf space!!!

Digi Darla's Spring Has Sprung!!! " Garden Girl"

The weather here lately has been so nice off and on. Seeing the robins and hearing the frogs at night and the crickets making there little noise... It really puts you in the mood for SPRING!!! . This lovely image is from DigiDarla's, I thought the "Garden Girl" was so appropriate for Spring.. I am not sure where I got the awesome sentiment from!! I colored the image with Prisma Color pencils, and then distressed the paper with "Worn Lipstick" I love this distress ink...The paper is from ColorBok, I used a flower from Micheal's with a sparkly Brad from stash and then used some fuzzy ribbon I have in my stash and used some cute little Gems from Studio G and Micheal's, and some rhinestones from Queen & Co called Just Peachy.  The Ribbon D.C.W.V. Nana's Kids, it's an adhesive ribbon which is really cool and then to top everything off and really make it Springy I used a glittery Butterfly Button.... Making this card has really put me in the Think Spring Mood!! I also thru together tonight a Stick Pin and used it in behind the Ribbon and Flower to bring out the color in the fuzzy Ribbon... So I am hoping the this puts everyone in the Think Spring Mood and can't wait to see what everyone Creates with their lovely images!!! Easter Girl from Robyn's Fetish

I used  Easter Girl from Robynsfetish I thought she was very appropriate for the DigiDarla's
Think Spring!!! She was colored with Prisma color Pencils, The flower is from Notion's {Vintage Pattern Flowers},  The Rhinestones are from Recollections Glitter Adhesive Dots!!
The Paper is from Jillibean (Egg Drop Soup) called White Pepper and the paper behind the sentiment is a coordinating Egg Drop Soup Paper, The Bright Pink bow is from My Stash!!! Gotta love them Stashes.  I am Entering my Easter Girl in the following Challenge

Snowed here Yesterday!!!

I rode up on the Peaks of Otter  with my son and his fiance yesterday... That was a fun trip in the snow,we were slipping and sliding all over the place and I told him that his  Mama was too old to be playing in the snow LOL!!!!   I was taking pictures of the lake and turned around and they were standing side by side hugging thought it was the perfect time to take a picture!!!

Sometimes You Have To Kiss A Lot Of Frogs!!!!

 I worked on this card today,while the snow was steadily coming down... It is for CDACPC-#12 The image is from Fred-She-Said Designs....,I colored the Digi with Prisma colored pencils,The Plaid paper is Birthday BoyII from Memories Complete... I love their paper cause it comes two-sided.. I used a tag from my scrap pile and added a Button Lip for kissing the frog!!! Tied someribbon to each side of it, Added a Plastic flower from Heidi Grace Designs and put a brad in the middle added a dragonfly from my stash and some bling from Studio G...

Take Joy In The Little Things!

This is a card I worked on at a good Friends House last night, She actually colored the Digi and I helped with the rest of it, She has been wanting to see how to do the cards  and I took some of my stuff over and we scrapped together we made this card... She is sending it to a close friend of hers that has Ovarian Cancer and she wanted to send her a card to cheer her up, So we decided to go with a Wishing Well, Not sure where i got the image or the verse from..... I added some bling from Studio G, and a flower from Prisma Flowers with a star brad to go with it to bring out the color in the back ground, The paper came COLORBOK.. Speciallty Pattern Pack(Bright).....
